A conversion of an existing building into five luxury 1- and 2-bed apartments.
FASE Group Ltd was appointed as the principal contractor to assist with the conversion of this historic town centre building in Wigan. The project was delivered as a design and build contract in collaboration with our client.

Anderton Arms – Wigan

A conversion of an existing Pub, into 4nr Luxury 1 and 2 bed Apartments.
FASE Group Ltd have been appointed as the principal contractor to assist with the conversation of an existing pub into 4nr luxury apartments, working in collaboration with our client on a design and build contract.

Chaucer Walk – Blackburn

A conversion of an existing office building, into 37nr Luxury 1 and 2 bed Apartments.
FASE Group Ltd have been appointed as the principal contractor, for the development of these 37nr 1 and 2 bed luxury apartments.

FASE Group Ltd have been appointed as the principal contractor, for the development of these 70nr 1 and 2 bed luxury apartments.
