I have been working with Sean who is currently managing and carrying out a refurbishment for me from what used to be a pub into 4 x residential apartments. I live in London and do this for investment purposes. Having Sean manage this for me has been a godsend. We began working with Sean at the end of 2020 after being put in contact through a friend who had worked with Sean on a number of occasions in the NW. We travelled from SE London to Wigan in October 2020 to meet with Sean and look at the Wallgate property. Due to our location and my personal situation (2 young children) Sean has become our PM and also our eyes and ears in Wigan meeting building inspectors, architects, letting agents etc on our behalf. We have trusted Sean with our project and he has not disappointed us. The development is worth circa £250k and we have approximately 4 weeks remaining. Sean has uncovered some huge issues, like all projects plus ours is in a graded listed building which he has brought to our attention quickly and together we have resolved them. Some issues such as timber decay was corrected by his contact but asbestos was treated by someone I had found. Sean was very understanding to my wish to gey 3 quotes and also help facilitate the quotation visits. We have had to work extremely closely to overcome underlying and unknown issues on site. FASE projects have been very professional and pro active in their approach to achieve a positive results. As we near completion of this development I would 100% ask Sean to carry out my next NW development. We have just had a visit for my appointed letting agent who was amazed by the product created so far Thank you FASE Projects and Sean for what you have done for us
